Hello Swim Families,

We are gearing up for our first meet on June 2. Here is some information you need to know!

There is a process to SwimTopia for how to sign up for meets. Follow these steps, but please text Nicole or Meredith for any help!!

Our swim meets are every Monday night in June from 4-9pm. Please keep your swimmer hydrated. You will need a sharpie for marking events on your swimmers arm or leg. We have many veteran swim parents who are happy to help.

• SwimTopia is where you will RSVP for your swimmer’s events. It will ask you to change your status to attending for each swimmer

• Click on the MEET ENTRY and RSVP.
• It will then ask you to sign up for events and respond if your swimmer is available for relays.
• Next click on JOB SIGN UP - Choose a concession to bring and a volunteer job for our meet on June 2! (Check times for jobs. A great meet takes all of us helping!) A part of your registration commitment stated you would volunteer at each meet. Please make sure you sign up for one job each meet.

• Please make sure your child has a competition - style swimsuit (one piece for girls and a jammer / brief suit for boys in black, blue or black and blue).
• Swim Freak has two locations and stocks a limited selection of competition swimwear. If you mention you are with Colonies House, you will get a discount.
